Office Sales Representative

Abra Kadabra Environmental Services, one of the fastest-growing and highest-rated pest and wildlife control companies in the greater Twin Cities area, is looking for an outgoing, energetic office sales representative with excellent communication skills to join our close-knit team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll play an important role in helping them resolve their pest problems, making you an extremely valuable member of the company. We offer a regular Monday-Friday schedule in a supportive, drama-free office, competitive hourly compensation and the opportunity to earn monthly bonus pay based on incoming lead sales. Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones
  • Contacting clients and leads
  • Utilizing scripting and established business procedures
  • Scheduling appointments for clients
  • Routing technicians
  • Responding to customer inquiries
  • Maintaining records and assisting office manager as directed

Requirements:

  • Must be comfortable spending most of your time communicating with clients
  • Ability to learn pest control software
  • Ability to operate in the Google Workplace suite
  • Be highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic
  • Ability to learn quickly and take on new responsibilities
  • Have excellent judgment and independent thinking skills
  • Be a self starter who can anticipate and solve problems
  • Have strong interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and a seven-year felony background check
  • Ability to work overtime is preferred
