Abra Kadabra Environmental Services, one of the premier pest and wildlife control companies in the greater Twin Cities area, is looking for a pest control technician to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll manage every step of the customer’s journey from start to finish, upholding the high standards we’ve established at Abra Kadabra. More specifically, you will inspect residences and commercial spaces to identify the issue, determine the least invasive treatment for the problem, communicate treatment plans to the customer, answer questions, identify opportunities to sell additional services and products to prevent future infestations and complete paperwork and follow up with the customer after the service to check in.

Responsibilities:
Schedule, maintain and complete a monthly pest control route. We ask our technicians to maintain ownership of their work, and notify their supervisor by mid month of any help they may need completing the route on time.
Sell pest control services, maintain high quality work with minimal callbacks and top notch customer service.
Maintain compliance with metrics, policies and procedures set by management, and perform other tasks as assigned.
