What attracts bats?
Bats are attracted to spots where pheromones from prior bat colonies have been established. Bats, like other species of wildlife, also gravitate to areas where there are ambient temperatures coming out of a structure. This clues them in that they’ve found a warm place where they can survive the winter undisturbed and continue to carry on the species the following season.
