Where do bats usually live?
Depending on the time of year and the temperature, bats will go to different spots. They prefer to roost in dark areas during the day because they don’t like the sun. This makes attic spaces, wall spaces, trees, commercial buildings and churches potential targets. Once it gets dark out, bats will take flight in search of food. They’ll feast on flying insects and when the temperatures begin to drop, they’ll rely on the strength they’ve built up from their food to sustain them through the cold winter.
