Strive is a program run by the Chanhassen Rotary Club at Chanhassen high school. The program offers students with high potential but low academic progress help achieving their full potential. 

Volunteers mentor these junior or senior year students one on one, helping the student complete a resume, apply for jobs, network with individuals, and build accountability. Student participants participate in a community service or volunteer project in addition to this, and receive a scholarship upon graduation for their next step, whether it is college, trade school, community college, or another method of furthering a career path.
