Volunteers mentor these junior or senior year students one on one, helping the student complete a resume, apply for jobs, network with individuals, and build accountability. Student participants participate in a community service or volunteer project in addition to this, and receive a scholarship upon graduation for their next step, whether it is college, trade school, community college, or another method of furthering a career path.
