Matt Eickman

CEO
Matt is owner and CEO of Abra Kadabra. He is a graduate of Hamline University, where he majored in both Exercise Sports Science and Biology (Cum Laude), and minoring in coaching. He captained the baseball team and still participates in their annual reunion game. Matt has a passion for providing opportunity wherever he can, and is proud to be able to use his business to help local communities. In his spare time, Matt likes spending quality time with his family, enjoying the outdoors, and traveling.

Dannielle Petschl (Forest Lake)

Business Development and Community Engagement.
Dannielle Petschl joined the Abra Kadabra team in September 2023 as a Business Development and Community Engagement Specialist. She is passionate about building strong relationships within the community and driving business growth. Dannielle actively engages with local communities by organizing events like “Princess in the Park”, Trunk or Treats, golf outings, and expos. Through these initiatives, she fosters connections, strengthens partnerships, and creates valuable opportunities for both businesses and residents. With her skills in communication and strategic planning, Dannielle is dedicated to expanding networks and ensuring successful outcomes through collaboration and engagement

Andrea Nichols (Mound)

Office Manager
Andrea joined Abra Kadabra in September 2021,started as a CSR/Sales rep and quickly progressed into the Office Manager, HR position. Andrea enjoys spending time with her family, reading, tending to her vast plant collection, fishing and traveling. Andrea’s father is a U.S Air Force Veteren which she is very proud of.

Micah Munts

Call Center Manager
Micah has been in the pest control and wildlife industry since January of 2024. He started with Abra as a customer service represntative and excelled within the role. He is now the Call Center Manager at Abra Kadabra. He loves helping people and making sure their needs are taken care of. He enjoys hiking, photography, watching movies and spending time with his wife and dog.

Max Frederiksen (Mound)

Branch Manager (Mound)

Max is our Pest Control Service Manager and has five years of experience in the pest control industry.He has a keen interest in creepy-crawlies, and keeps a growing menagerie of snakes, rodents, tropical cockroaches, and tarantulas at his home. He has a special interest in arthropods and snakes, and occasionally hosts educational events for children. Max enjoys wildlife photography, wildlife tracking, and spending time with his family.

Phil Eickman

Director of Operations

Philip (Phil) Eickman is the Director of Operations at Abra
Kadabra, overseeing both the trapping and exclusion work portions of that division. Philip has helped the wildlife division rise to the next level and truly deliver a first class service experience for our customers. He is a family man and an outdoorsman, and enjoys time with the family, time outdoors, baseball and basketball.

Andy Eickman

Lead Wildlife Inspector
Andrew (Andy) Eickman is our Lead Wildlife Inspector and Sales Manager, and is one of the most highly trained inspectors in the state. He loves tinkering on his car, and anything with a motor, as well as spending time outdoors. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business management at Northern State University in 2007, spending nearly a decade working in the automotive industry before switching to pest and wildlife control in 2016
