Responsibilities:

Schedule, maintain and complete a monthly pest control route. We ask our technicians to maintain ownership of their work, and notify their supervisor by mid month of any help they may need completing the route on time.

Sell pest control services, maintain high quality work with minimal callbacks and top notch customer service.

Maintain compliance with metrics, policies and procedures set by management, and perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Requirements:

• 2 years experience in pest control
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must be comfortable on ladders and roofs, and in tight attics and crawl spaces
• Excellent time management, communication and problem solving skills
• Team oriented with a passion for helping others
• Prior routing experience a plus
• Applicants must be able to pass a drug test, have a clean driving record and pass a 7 year felony background check.
• Ability to work overtime is preferred
